Have you tried the cookies from Seaside Sweet Shop?  Do you LOVE the icing?  We get so many compliments on our icing flavor, that we've decided to make it available for everyone to purchase and use at home!   
Our royal icing is a lovely vanilla caramel flavor - mixed into a stiff consistency upon packaging.  Instructions for use are provided on the back label - consistency can easily be thinned out with a bit of water and an icing spatula!  Then colored to your desired shades!
